Camp Hill Trig Point

The Camp Hill trig point is situated on a small hill, called Horsepasture Hill on modern maps, near the village of Grewelthorpe in the Nidderdale AONB. It was built in 1953 as part of the secondary order of trig points.

The trig point is located next to a broken wall underneath a stand of trees and is fairly easy to locate from a nearby right of way. Especially when the trees are in leaf the views are quite restricted.
