The Heyshaw Moor trig point is sited on a small boulder on High Crag, a modest rash of gritstone outcrops on Heyshaw Moor. It was built in 1953 as part of the third order of trig points.

The trig point stands near a good track that runs across Heyshaw Moor from Nought Bank Road to the tall mast above Guise Cliff. The views are mainl of moorland to the north and west and high pastures to the south and east.
