The Overgate Croft Farm trig point is the rather oddly named trig point found on Addingham High Moor. It was built in 1949 as part of the third order of trig points.

While the view east is dominated by the higher moorland of Ilkley Moor to the west there is a fine view of Pendle Hill. The highlight though is the long view up Wharfedale extending as far as Great Whernside and Buckden Pike.
